DYLAN SCHENCK AND ELSA VIG ARE NOVEMBER STUDENTS OF THE MONTH

Dylan Schenck of Chelmsford and Elsa Vig of Billerica have been selected as November’s Students of the Month at Nashoba Tech.

Dylan Schenck, whose parents are Christopher and Barbara Schenck, is a junior in the TV & Media Production/Theatre Arts program. Dylan is a freshman mentor, is taking two college classes, and is a member of the Viking Theatre Company, having been involved in the Music Theatre International’s recent production of “All Together Now!: A Global Event Celebrating Local Theatre.

Dylan plans to attend college to study Theater and Stage Production and receives kudos for presenting the morning announcements. In fact, that’s why Chemistry Instructor Patricia Stack nominated Dylan.

Elsa Vig, whose parents are Harry and Ellen Vig, is a junior in the TV & Media Production/Theatre Arts program. Elsa earned a bronze medal in Audio/Radio Production as a junior at the Skills/USA District Competition and is co-president of the Gay Straight Alliance. Elsa is also a soloist for Nashoba Tech’s Chorus and wants to attend college for Set Design or Costume Design.

Elsa was nominated by English Instructor Angela D’Allesandro, who wrote: “Elsa is truly a solid human and student. She has been incredibly helpful with other students in my class. She’s a diligent student and gets along with everyone.”
