Student mentors at Nashoba Tech welcomed 222 members of the Class of 2030 during a day of Freshman Orientation on September 1.

The mentors are juniors and seniors who have been selected by staff members to assist new students in becoming acclimated to their new school.

Freshmen will get a chance to explore their possible career pathways over the first five months of the year by experiencing a week in Nashoba Tech’s 17 technical programs before selecting the field in which they want to study.

Nashoba Tech’s programs include: Advanced Manufacturing; Auto Collision Repair and Refinishing; Automotive Technology; Carpentry; Cosmetology; Culinary Arts; Dental Assisting; Design and Visual Communications; Early Education and Care; Electrical Technology; Engineering Technology; Health Assisting; Plumbing and Heating; Programming and Web Development; Robotics; Television and Media Broadcasting/Theatre Arts; and Veterinary Science.
