Dear NT Families,
As we close out our last full week of the school year, I am incredibly proud of how strong our students are finishing the year. It has been a busy and exciting week filled with several end-of-year field trips, allowing our students to learn and bond outside the classroom. I also want to commend our entire student body and staff for their excellent cooperation during our successful evacuation drill this week; safety is always our top priority, and everyone did a fantastic job.
We also had a wonderful time celebrating our student-athletes and their achievements at our annual Sports Awards Ceremony. Congratulations to all who were recognized!
On the academic front, our sophomores have been working hard taking their final exams this week. As we look ahead, our freshmen and juniors will be taking their final exams next week. We wish them the best of luck as they finish the year strong.
Finally, please mark your calendars: next Wednesday is our last day of school. Please note that this will be a half day with a noon dismissal.
Have a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to a great final few days of school!
Jeremy Slotnick, Principal

Out of our Health Assisting Program
This past Wednesday, our juniors had the exciting opportunity to tour Lowell General Hospital, which included a visit to the orthopedic department. The students received a memorable, hands-on experience when an orthopedic technician, Bill, demonstrated his skills by putting finger casts on the group!
A huge thank you to the Carpentry department for building our new mannequin storage! This custom build frees up much-needed space and provides a neat, organized way to store our equipment. We are so grateful to work with colleagues who do such amazing work!

Message from the Technology Department
We’re excited to be rolling out a new tool that will simplify how we communicate with you. Rooms, built right into our NVTHS app and website, offers secure and safe two-way messaging.
This addition allows NVTHS to bring the community closer together. From messages to educators, to events, to lunch menus, and more - everything can now live in one place.
With the introduction of the Rooms tool, guardians will be able to have better communication with the NT community, teachers, sports and clubs.
We will be sending out additional information over the next month as we start implementing Rooms tools.
In the meantime please feel free to download the NT app at the Apple or Android store and sign in:
