Nicole Johnson is the January 2026 Athlete

of the Month at Nashoba Tech

Nicole Johnson of Townsend has been selected as Nashoba Tech's Athlete of the Month for January.

Nicole is a junior basketball standout for the Vikings. At Nashoba Tech, she has been a freshman mentor, a member of the National Honor Society, and also plays softball. She is a full-time Early College student who plans to attend a four-year college after graduation to major in Biology.

Nicole was nominated by basketball coach Brenna Tomaino, who wrote: “Nicole is not only an excellent varsity basketball player, but also a wonderful asset to the team as a whole. Nicole shows up to every practice and is punctual and enthusiastic, despite being in Early College. She is consistent and reliable as a team player. By showing up to each practice and always giving her all, whether it is game day or practice, she stands out. She allows other team members to shine on the court and understand the concept that no one wins a basketball game alone.”
