Dear NVTHS Families,
Even with this week’s shorter schedule, it has been a vibrant few days at Nashoba Tech.
It was a busy week of real-world learning for our students! From touring IBEW Local 103 in Dorchester to exploring the hospitality industry at Great Wolf Lodge, our programs have been out in the community. Our Health Assisting and Early Childhood Education students gained valuable experience at local health and childcare centers, while TV Media got a first-hand look at broadcasting at WCAT.
On Wednesday, our Outdoors Club headed to Nashoba Valley Tubing Park for an unforgettable evening! We had 14 excited students and 2 adventurous chaperones take to the slopes, enjoying the fast lanes and the crisp winter air. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to bond with old friends, meet new ones, and create those quintessential high school memories.
As we look toward the weekend, it appears we are in for some significant winter weather. I want to encourage everyone in our community to stay warm and safe. Please keep an eye on your email and our social media channels for any weather-related school updates.
Be safe and enjoy the snow!
Jeremy Slotnick, Principal

What an amazing evening at Nashoba Valley Tubing Park for the NT Outdoors Club! 14 excited students and 2 adventurous chaperones enjoyed the fast slopes and cold, crisp fresh air.
It was a fantastic opportunity to hang out with friends, make new friends, enjoy the fresh air and create wonderful high school memories!
Ms. Amy St. Arnaud is the advisor of the outdoors club and Ms. Molly Breen joined the fun!
This school year, the group has enjoyed a hike up Mount Watatic, kayaking on the Nashua River, a high ropes course at Boundless Adventure, and a winter night hike in Groton with a bonfire and s’mores. Later this winter, the group will enjoy ice-skating at Gillett Stadium and six weeks of skiing at Pat’s Peak. Spring adventures will be planned once the ski season is over and the snow melts.
