Courtney Crory, a guidance counselor, is the December Employee of the Month at Nashoba Tech.
Courtney was nominated by Veterinary Science instructor Brenna Tomaino, who wrote: 'I recently needed help reporting an incident about student emotional and social safety. Courtney was beyond helpful by walking me through the process and also following up after the initial report. This showed me that she goes above and beyond for her students' well-being. She acts with a sense of urgency always. Beyond this matter, I think she has a positive attitude, and I have witnessed that our mutual students always seem satisfied after interacting with her. Courtney has always made me feel welcome from my first day in the building, making sure each student is set up for success. She is not only here for the students, but also the well-being of the entire building and everyone in it."
