Worcester Railers Trades & Tech Career Fair

The Worcester Railers Hockey Club is hosting their second annual Trades & Tech Career Fair on Friday, January 30th, 2026! Before the Railers drop the puck, they will be hosting a Career Fair on the DCU Center concourse from 4:00-6:00pm. Last year they had over 20 businesses providing students valuable information on their respective trade!

They hope to have as many Nashoba Valley Tech students as possible attend this event. Students can claim a free ticket that gets them into the career fair and into the Railers game afterwards. Additional tickets can be purchased on the link at a discounted rate.. Tickets Here

*Please note, the Chromebook fee is due each year your student attends NT.

Outdoors Club

The winner of the Outdoors Club Season Pass to Pat's Peak raffle is....

Ms. Kelly Griffin!!!  Yes, our very own science teacher and chaperone won!  She chaperoned EVERY WEEK last year and EVERY WEEK this year too!  She also bought a few tickets - she is such a strong supporter of our club!

Thank you to everyone who bought and sold tickets.  We made about $800 and this will help keep the cost of our events low.

Next event: Tubing at Nashoba Valley!  Stay tuned for the date announcement!  This is an expensive activity that will be discounted with our group rate and your fundraising efforts.

Cultures & Communities Club

Thank you to everyone who supported the Cultures and Communities Club spice drive.  Over 50 items were collected and donated to a Coalition for a Better Acre in Lowell.  This gives families access to spaces and cooking oils to be creative in the kitchen and preserve their culture by keeping family recipes alive.

Emma Ehring and Aaron Jewer-Liles met with Street Representative Vanna Howard to give the collected items. Representative Howard is on the Board of Directors for the food pantry. This is the fourth year the club has collected for this organization
