VIKING HALL OF FAME INDUCTS 6 INDIVIDUAL   ATHLETES, 1 COACH AND 2 TEAMS

Nashoba Valley Technical High School inducted six individual athletes, two teams and one coach into its Viking Athletic Hall of Fame during an induction ceremony on May 25 in the school’s Performing Arts Center.

Athletes inducted are Thomas Bavis of Townsend (Class of 2012, lacrosse), Jeff Gerace of Fitchburg (Class of 2008, football), Evan Greathead of Pepperell (Class of 2007, football, baseball), Cynthia Ralls of Chelmsford (Class of 2011, track and field, basketball, volleyball), Racheem Reevers of Fitchburg (Class of 1999, track and field) and Christina Wetzel of Littleton (Class of 2010, track and field).

Also inducted were the volleyball teams of 2008 and 2009, and the boys basketball teams of 2007-2009.

Current assistant football and head boys basketball coach Bill Spiller was also inducted. Spiller also played football for the Vikings for four years, graduating in 1975.

Two-sport standout Evan Greathead of Pepperell (football and baseball) is inducted into the Nashoba Tech Viking Athletic Hall of Fame by former Principal Matthew Ricard.

Cynthia Ralls of Chelmsford, a 2011 graduate, is inducted into the Nashoba Tech Viking Athletic Hall of Fame by Bruce Sullivan. Ralls was a three-season athlete in volleyball, basketball and track and field.

The two-time Colonial Athletic champion girls volleyball team os 2008-2009 is inducted into the Nashoba Tech Viking Athletic Hall of Fame.

Christina Wetzel of Littleton is inducted into the Nashoba Tech Viking Athletic Hall of Fame by former coach Bruce Sullivan. Wetzel, a 2010 graduate, still holds six school records in track and field.
