Phil Massa, a Social Studies instructor, has been selected as February's Employee of the Month at Nashoba Tech,
He was nominated by Spanish teacher Amy St. Arnaud, who wrote: "Phil is always visible to greet students and seems to have endless time to help colleagues, including new teachers, or just chat and be a friend. He truly loves young people, and it is clear by passing by his room that his students are engaged in his class and that his classroom is a warm and safe environment for all. For everyone -- students and staff alike -- he has a hello, warm smile and good advice."
