Hope Kloppenburg of Townsend and Robert Paris of Pepperell have been selected as September’s Athletes of the Month at Nashoba Tech.

Hope Kloppenburg, daughter of Frank and Nancy Kloppenburg, is a senior volleyball player, honor-roll student and member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. She is also a freshman mentor, helping incoming students adjust to their new school.

As a Health Assisting student, Hope also spends time with residents of Bridges at EPOCH, a Westford assisted-living facility for those who have Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other forms of memory loss. She plans to attend college and become a nurse.

Robert Paris, son of John and Donna Paris, is a senior cross-country captain who has consistently improved his times over the first month of the season. He also competes in distance events and the high jump in spring track. Robert is in the Veterinary Assisting program, through which he recently helped collect pet food and supplies for families affected by the 2018 gas explosions in Lawrence, Andover and North Andover.

Robert is a high-honors student, a member of the National Honor Society and treasurer of the National Technical Honor Society. He plans to attend college and remain in the veterinary field.
