VETERINARY ASSISTING CELEBRATES DOGTOBERFEST

Bayleigh Snook of Billerica, a junior in Veterinary Assisting, corrals Destiny and Americas, the family’s Dachshunds.Students and staff in Nashoba Tech's Veterinary Assisting program recently held the first annual DOGtoberfest, with students and the general public bringing in their dogs (and other favorite pets) for a day of fun, games, “pawdicures,” raffles, a bake sale and a presentation by the Littleton Police Department K-9 Unit. DOGtoberfest benefited the Veterinary Assisting program, which partners with Angell Memorial Medical Center at the Angell at Nashoba Clinic.
