Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may force closure of the school or cancellation of classes. Cancelled classes are always made up, whether by extending the finish date or rescheduling the class on a different evening based on arrangements between the instructor and students.

When weather conditions cause the cancellation of daytime classes, Nashoba At Night programs will be cancelled as well. In the event that daytime classes are not cancelled, but the weather worsens, a decision will be made by 3:00pm and relayed to local radio stations: WBZ(1030AM Boston), WCAP (980AM Lowell); WIIH (1400 AM Lowell); and WXLO (104.5FM Worcester).
