JAMES CREED NAMED FEBRUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTHTOM
James Creed, who is Nashoba Tech's athletic director and assistant dean, has been selected as February's Employee of the Month. Creed, who previously taught Social Studies for eight years, was nominated by English teacher Dan Ford, who wrote: “James plays a dual role this year as assistant dean and athletic director, not an easy task. I have known James for more than a few years as a fellow coach and strong History teacher. He did very well in both of those areas. The attributes that he brings to the Tech on a daily basis shine through in these new positions as well. He is well liked and respected and very easy to approach by students, teachers and staff alike. In his role as athletic director, I converse with him on a regular basis because I am the softball coach. Even though it is not our season yet, he has already queried me about requirements for the upcoming season and delivered on my requests. James is also firm but fair in his new role as assistant dean. His intelligence, sound judgment, strong instincts and hard work are on display on a daily basis while performing these responsibilities. It is amazing to me how easily he transitioned into these totally new and different functions. I will conclude by saying that in this building, I have never heard spoken a negative word about James Creed.
