WESTFORD — Two students at Nashoba Tech earned medals in the recent DECA District Competition, held on the campus of the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Megan Harding of Shirley placed sixth in the Marketing Communications Series competition, and Shantel Suero of Pepperell placed seventh in the Food Marketing Series competition. Both are juniors in the Banking/Marketing/Retail program. Megan and Shantel qualified for the DECA State Conference, to be held March 9-11, at the Marriott Copley Hotel in Boston. DECA is an international association of high-school and college students and teachers of marketing, management and entrepreneurship.
