TWO STUDENTS EARN AWARDS IN WESTFORD REGIONAL ART EVENTWestford Art Awards
Nashoba Tech sophomores Daniel Abercrombie of Peppered and Kristiana Albert of Peppered with the Honorable Mention certificates they received from the Westford Regional Art Event.

WESTFORD — Two students from Nashoba Tech received Honorable Mention awards in the recent annual Westford Regional Art Event, presented by the Parish Center for the Arts.

        Daniel Abercrombie of Pepperell, a sophomore Automotive Technology 
student, and Kristiana Albert of Pepperell, a sophomore in the Design & Visual Communications program, were recognized at the event, which is an annual juried art show for adults, young adults and children that is designed to showcase emerging and established artists in Westford and surrounding communities.

        Daniel’s award-winning piece was called “Self-Portrait,” while Kristiana’s was called a portrait of a man called, “Have You Seen This Man?”

        Other Nashoba Tech students who submitted art to the contest include Edward Baron (junior, Chelmsford), Taylor Burgess (freshman, Pepperell), Samantha Chandler (freshman, Chelmsford) and Rebecca Metcalf (sophomore, Shirley)..
